Job Requirement

Hall & Event Sales Specialist

- Handle and respond to booking enquiries, recommending cinema locations and formats that maximize client goals using audience insights.

- Negotiate value-packed packages, ensure timely bookings, and collaborate cross-functionally for flawless campaign delivery.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Expand GSC’s client base through cold outreach, networking, and market research across corporate, SME, and agencies.

- Craft persuasive proposals positioning GSC as the go-to premium marketing platform while tracking industry trends and competitors.

Revenue & Payment Management

- Ensure timely payment collections and follow up persistently on outstanding invoices.

- Partner with Finance for precise invoicing and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Ad Campaign Execution & Production Supervision

- Coordinate with clients and production teams to meet technical specs and validate ad content before screening.

- Troubleshoot issues proactively to keep campaigns on schedule and clients satisfied.

Production Control

- Review and verify incoming digital cinema packages for quality and technical accuracy before screening.

Teamwork

- Collaborate with colleagues to support key projects and drive business initiatives.

Data Tracking & Reporting

- Deliver timely and accurate reports including account summaries and work-in progress updates for management.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven corporate sales experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, leisure, or other fast-paced, dynamic industries.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

- A sharp eye on movie market trends fueled by a true passion for cinema, paired with a natural talent for connecting and engaging with people!
