Senior Executive, Sustainability

Position Summary

The Senior Executive, Sustainability supports the delivery of Fullerton Health’s regional sustainability program, focusing on sustainability reporting, EESG data, key sustainability projects, and Group-level CSR initiatives.

The role works across functions and markets and requires strong sustainability knowledge, project ownership, stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual Group Sustainability Report, including data collection, stakeholder follow-ups and supporting documentation.
• Consolidate and review EESG data for completeness, consistency and traceability.
• Support sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements, including GRI, ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2) and relevant Singapore requirements.
• Manage assigned sustainability projects and stakeholder actions from planning through completion.
• Support sustainability-linked financing KPI/SPT tracking, data preparation and verification requirements in collaboration with Group Treasury/Finance and external advisors.
• Coordinate Group-level CSR programs and consolidate relevant CSR information from country markets for Group reporting.

Qualifications & Success Factors

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant sustainability experience.
• Good working knowledge of GRI and ISSB Standards (IFRS S1 and IFRS S2) and awareness of Singapore sustainability disclosure requirements.
• Hands-on experience in sustainability data collection, consolidation and reporting.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through independently.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, judgment and written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to sustainable finance, sustainability assurance or verification is advantageous.
