We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and keen to bring fresh perspectives. Together with our Talent Attraction Team, you will have the opportunity to enhance our attraction practices, explore new ways to connect with and engage talent as well as strengthen our employer brand.
As a Senior Executive, Talent Attraction, together with your teammates, you will:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proactively attract and engage talent through targeted outreach, career events, networking and digital platforms, building relationships beyond immediate hiring needs.
- Contribute to bringing our Employee Value Proposition to life through employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
- Create compelling talent content including employee stories, digital campaigns and recruitment communications that showcase our purpose, people, culture and career opportunities.
- Use talent insights and analytics to evaluate recruitment and attraction effectiveness, identify opportunities and continuously improve our strategies.
- Work as a team on wider initiatives to streamline internal processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or Talent Attraction, preferably in the education sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative talent attraction approaches and contribute to strengthening Employer Brand.
- Highly proficient in leveraging technology/analytics to drive data-informed outreach campaigns on multimedia platforms to reach and engage target talent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
- Able to drive individual recruitment portfolio independently and work cohesively as a team
- Passion for people and purpose, with a strong desire to contribute not only to Talent Attraction, but to the wider HR agenda and organisational mission.
