SENIOR EXECUTIVE- TRANSFORMATION

• Support and lead the assigned IWK’s Transformation and Sustainability program, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting aligned with the organisation’s business plan and strategic goals.
• Coordinate organisation-wide sustainability governance processes, including ESG data management, Sustainability Working Group activities, and annual Sustainability Reporting inputs.
• Develop and refine analyses, options papers, and recommendations to support decision-making for transformation and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee and collaborate with various departments to gather data, insights, and feedback for continuous improvement of both transformation and sustainability efforts.
• Design, maintain and improve the development and maintenance of project documentation for both transformation and sustainability projects.
• Lead key change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and sustainability practices.
• Track, monitor and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, collecting data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and identify areas for adjustment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Management or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Sustainability or Change Management.
• Demonstrate experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement and data analysis particularly in transformation or ESG related projects is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and personality.
• PC literate.
