Senior Executive, Vendor Collaboration, Vendor Performance & Governance

Job Responsibilities
- Manage supplier collaboration and engagement with government agencies and strategic partners.
- Coordinate supplier development, capability improvement, localization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Manage supplier registration, pre-qualification, onboarding, and supplier master data in SAP.
- Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, scorecards, watchlist/blacklist status, and improvement action plans.
- Coordinate supplier assessments, development programmes, and improvement activities, including GEMBA visits.
- Organise supplier engagement programmes such as Vendor Conference, Technology Day, workshops, and recognition events.
- Support new model launches, localization projects, supplier ecosystem development, and other strategic procurement initiatives.
- Work closely with Procurement, SQE, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Corporate Strategy on cross-functional projects.
- Prepare supplier performance reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Vendor Management, Procurement, or a related area.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, supplier performance, technical sourcing, and vendor development.
- Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA and supplier master data management is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple supplier programmes and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
