Senior Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and quality-driven Senior Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms, conducting inspections, and supporting junior team members to ensure service standards are met. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through consistent room quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, and maintenance issues.
• Provide guidance and support to new housekeeping attendants.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock levels

Requirements:

• Minimum Primary Education.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping within the hotel industry.
