Senior Manager (Operating Theatre Services)

Job Responsibilities

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of Operating Theatre (OT) Services, while providing statistical and operational support. You will oversee and manage OT scheduling, utilisation, surgery listing, OT charges / billings, admission, financial counselling and projects in OT Services.

In this role, you will supervise, coach and develop a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure standards of service delivery and operational excellence. You will participate actively in committees and workgroups, contributing to the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of OT operations and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• A recognised degree with at least 8 years’ of working experience (with at least 2 yrs of managerial/supervisory experience)
• Relevant work experience in healthcare will be an advantage
