Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Holding Grade 2 or Grade 1 Steam Engineer Competent Certification from DOSH (JKKP).
3. Preferably with at least 8 years of working experience in palm oil industry
4. Must be prepared to work in rural locations - Lambir Palm Oil Mill

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring overall operations in the palm oil mill to ensure smooth operation in terms of processing and maintenance.
2. Maintain optimal efficiency of all machinery.
3. Ensure safety standards for boiler operations and maintenance
4. Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve production objectives while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
5. Overseeing in FFB grading and quality control activities.
6. Maintain certifications such as ISCC, MESTI, MSPO and GCL, ensuring all related processes meet required standards.
7. Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance mill efficiency and control costs.
