Senior Operations Manager (Bored Piling)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple bored piling project sites from inception to completion
• Manage heavy machinery deployment including piling rigs, cranes and tools.
• Supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, control operational costs and maximize profit margins.
• Ensure all piling works meet engineering designs, soil specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or top management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in foundation construction specifically in bored piling
• Proven track record of managing large site teams and complex construction logistics.
• Deep knowledge of bored piling methods, soil mechanics and heavy machinery operations.
• Strong problem-solving, contract negotiation and financial management skills.
