About the Job
As a Senior Product Manager on Traveloka's Accommodation team, you own the strategy and execution for content matching — ensuring accommodation content sourced from multiple suppliers is matched and enriched accurately and comprehensively to maximize the quality of Traveloka's supply.
- Own the accuracy and coverage of content matching across supplier sources, directly driving the quality of accommodation supply
- Develop LLM-based matching and content enhancement strategies to improve matching precision and recall at scale
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Content Operations, Customer Care, and Account Management teams to improve matching quality and resolve matching issues
- Develop agentic AI products that improve content operations productivity and reduce manual matching effort
- Define and track the metrics that measure matching quality (accuracy, coverage, downstream supply quality) and drive a healthy delivery rhythm against them
- Partner with engineering and data science to prioritize model improvements, experiments, and data investments that move matching quality
- Diagnose recurring matching failure patterns and drive root-cause fixes across teams
- Bring a point of view on responsible AI adoption in content matching and enrichment workflows
Job Requirements
- You have 8+ years experience in technical product management, with a track record of owning a technical or data-intensive product domain end-to-end
- You have extensive working experience with content or catalog matching and disambiguation in marketplace businesses
- You have experience leveraging AI in driving product improvements
- You have a strong educational and working background in data science, computer science, machine learning, or experimentation
- You can turn ambiguous matching and data-quality problems into a clear, prioritized roadmap
- You bring operational excellence: clear metrics and a healthy delivery rhythm
- You collaborate effectively across engineering, data science, content operations, customer care, and supply/account teams
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
