SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning and procurement through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and overall delivery.
• Manage project programme, budget, resources and site operations.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to Management.

About you

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong experience in managing construction projects from start to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware and able to work under pressure.
• High-rise/building construction experience is an advantage.
