What You Will Actually Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.
• Define and execute testing strategies across functional, API, performance, security, scalability, and usability testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously optimize testing workflows for faster, more reliable releases.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex quality issues while identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders while mentoring junior QA engineers and promoting a quality-first culture

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated quality checks to provide faster and more reliable feedback to engineering teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, review test automation scripts, and drive the adoption of best practices across the delivery team.

What Will Help You Succeed

Required

• Hands‐on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Postman/Newman
• Experience building automation frameworks using Python with JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber
• Strong backend testing capabilities including SQL and API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Solid understanding of functional, performance, security, and usability testing

Helpful

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiarity with accessibility testing standards
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA engineers
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
