Senior QA Executive

JOB SUMMARY

To support Pizza Hut Operations in the implementation of restaurant food safety and quality management programs to meet regulatory and YUM! requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and support to Operation team on ACE restaurant standards and restaurant audit program.
• Conduct ACE audit calibration exercise and training for managers.
• Carry out QA programs and Operation improvement initiatives/projects.
• Conduct QA/ ACE self- checks for restaurant /kiosk/mobile food truck.
• Review restaurants’ 3rd party ACE reports.
• Monitor restaurant ACE performance and follow up on corrective action for food safety escalation.
• Investigate food safety related customer and quality complaints.
• Pest control vendor performance management.
• Managing the tasks /activities related to HACCP Certification Program for HACCP certified stores.
• On- boarding for new Area Manager on QA / ACE requirements and food safety escalation process.
• Post construction QA check on new store BOH layout/design.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or other related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in food industry.
• Familiar with GFSI certification audits standards and Halal requirement.
• Has experience in Food Safety auditing.
• Knowledgeable & experience in the business (products, processes, food safety, ACE audit standards, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 , YUM STAR Audits )
• Proficient in English.
• Auditing and report writing skills.
• Physically fit to work in factory premise (during audit), restaurant and kitchen.
• Willing work long hours to meet tight deadline.
• No food allergy or aversion to testing and evaluating ingredients such as meat ,seafood and dairy products.
• Able to work independently and travel alone for work.
• Able to cope with fair amount of travelling ( at least 60%) for store & supplier visits.
• Able to work on weekends, when required.
