As a Senior Staff Engineer Technology Integration in our Research & Development team, you'll have the

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive Technology Integration activities to ensure
package requirements are fulfilled with respect to process interactions, and serve as the key working partner for Front-End (FE) teams in the development and integration of new FE technologies.
- Conduct PBC and TPC assessments.
- Drive Package Technology DFMEA activities.
- Lead Risk Interaction assessments and mitigation work
packages.
- Integrate unit processes (BOM and Process) within
package platforms, including risk assessment, interaction studies across processes, and process flow evaluation.
- Serve as the key partner for Front-End (FE) teams on
FE/BE interaction and integration topics.
- Support pre-development activities for new chip
technologies.
- Act as a driver or team member in 8D problem-solving
activities related to interaction issues.
- Assess the impact of design rules on inter-process
interactions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for project
activities related to interaction topics.
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology,
Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Physics).
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the IC/semiconductor industry.
- Semiconductor packaging, assembly, and test knowledge.
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and
problem-solving aptitude.
- FE/BE and BE/BE interaction expertise.
- Knowledge of 8D and T6s methodologies.
- DFMEA and PFMEA proficiency.
- Internal package analysis and first-level reliability
assessment.
- DOE and comparative analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrate
trust, respect, and effective collaboration to achieve shared goals and deliver the best results.
- Maintain
a strong customer focus while driving value, innovation, and business performance.
- Pursue
excellence through ambition, continuous development, and proactive risk management.
