Senior Tax Executive

Job Description:

• Handling corporate tax compliance of the Group companies such as submission of annual tax returns, tax estimates, withholding tax returns, transfer pricing requirements.
• Preparation / review of provisional tax computations for tax provisioning/tax estimates and final tax computations of Group companies.
• Tax incentives applications.
• Assisting with SST advice in support of business units/operations across the Group.
• Assisting on special projects with opportunities for exposure to regional / overseas tax matters

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualifications (CTIM, MIA, MICPA, ACCA or equivalent) and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Relevant tax experience, preferably 4–6 years for the Senior Executive level. Candidates with less experience may also be considered based on competency.
• Good understanding of tax rules, regulations and practices.
• Exposure to SST, transfer pricing and/or international tax would be an added advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills (both written and spoken) and ability to work independently while liaising with colleagues across business units or countries within the Group.
• Strong work ethics, integrity, good leadership skill and self-motivated.
• Analytical mindset with attention to details.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
