Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standard and a safe working environment.
• Operate and monitor the industrial effluent treatment systems, including primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes (chemical, biological, membrane filtration, etc.).
• Monitoring & compile IETS Monthly Performance Parameters for the assigned IETS plant.
• Monitoring Internal & External CoA to make sure final discharged comply with EQA Standard B.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for IETS equipment, including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, aerators, chemical dosing systems, and instrumentation
• Monitor new laws and regulations and ensure their applicability to the assigned IETS plant, including preparing and issuing IETS regulatory news alerts for the plant.
• Implementing ISO 14001 or any Quality Management system as designated by the company.
• Setting up new IETS/Upgrading existing IETS in the spec of PAT & IETS design complied to DOE.
• Carrying out monthly improvement, R&D, Research study and projects.
• Oversee the operation utility systems including steam generation, cooling water, chilled water, hot water, compressed air and nitrogen systems, tubewell water treatment plant, process water, soft water systems, and IETS
• Troubleshoot utility system upsets and coordinate corrective actions.
• Dealing with DOE for any matters related to environment.
• Monitor utility consumption, efficiency, and reliability; identify opportunities for energy and water conservation
• Support during plant turnarounds, emergency situations, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and assist in root cause analysis of utility failures.
• Oversee vendor activities, service contracts, and performance of outsourced utility services.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual utility performance and consumption reports.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
