SHEQ cum Energy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Safety, Environment, Health and Quality

• Implement and maintain the SHEQ Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SHEQ legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Monitor SHEQ performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage contractor safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW) and emergency preparedness programmes.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training and employee engagement.

Energy Management (SCEM)

• Lead the organisation's Energy Management Programme and drive continual improvement in energy performance.
• Monitor and analyse electricity, fuel, gas and water consumption, and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Conduct or coordinate energy audits and implement energy efficiency projects.
• Prepare energy performance reports and monitor energy KPIs.
• Support compliance with applicable energy efficiency regulations and maintain the ISO 50001 Energy Management System.

Management Systems & Compliance

• Maintain and improve ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Maintain EHS and energy-related procedures, records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in an advantage.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is an advantage.
