Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma
2. At least 1 year of working experience in related field
3. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and verbal and computer literate
4. Able to use MPOB sims system

Responsibilities:

1.

1.

1. Checking and compiling all related document (weighbridge tickets, PL3 form & etc)
2. Upload dispatch data on products despatch as provided by Biport to SOP Refinery System
3. Liaise with Miri HQ and Shipping agents for shipment details
4. Liaise with forwarder on customs matters
5. Prepare pre-shipment documents to forwarded based on shipping instructions
