Singulation Equipment Improvement

This is your new job

As a Senior Equipment Improvement Engineer (Singulation), you will be responsible for driving the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Package Singulation equipment in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

What will you work on?

• Improve equipment KPIs including OEE, UPH, MTBF, MTBA, and equipment availability.
• Support equipment installation, setup, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity, yield, and quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

This is you

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

MUST Have

Hard Skills

• Equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Preventive maintenance and reliability improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTBA, UPH, and equipment performance management.
• Experience with equipment qualification and production support.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
