Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including preparing the site, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and rectification works are carried out immediately.
• Enforce strict health and safety protocols and ensure all work complies with legal regulations, codes, and building standards.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) work experience in the related field with exposure to building high rise buildings
• Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, Leadership and management skills to lead group of technical staff and worker, ability to follow up on project schedules,
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
