Site Supervisor (Mainly on Reinforced Concrete, RC Works)

About the role

Site Supervisors are to execute and coordinate day-to-day site work. They must be able to delegate work to subordinates and communicate daily with the HOP / Project Manager / Site Engineers to highlight project progress and Obstacles. They must have the competency to conduct site setup (Logistics with proper access to facilitate Site Works) with little assistance from the Senior Site Supervisor / Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Able to understand Construction Drawings.
• Able to plan out work arrangements in accordance with the Work Program.
• Must be open to perform standing supervision on site physical works ranging from RC Structural Works or Bored Piling works.
• Must be able to calculate the required reinforcement and concrete for his delegated works and follow up to make sure the materials are available for works to be carried out.
• To carry out works in accordance with the Company’s QHSSE and ESG Policies.

About you

• Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent
• Possession of a valid Site Supervisor Commissioning Certificate from CIDB
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction or related fields
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, commissioning processes, and safety compliance
• Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams
• Willing to travel and work at different project sites as required by the company
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within deadlines
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and adaptability in a fast paced environment
