SITE SUPERVISOR, PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION (JOHOR)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on site and report any identified deviations.
• Check and monitor contractor’s progress to ensure work is on schedule.
• Verify physical progress on site
• Submit and update site progress report for delay or issues encounter during site progress.
• Check and follow up to ensure product quality in accordance with company quality standards.
• Check and ensure construction activities follow construction drawing, specification, liaise with consultants to resolve the construction issue where necessary.
• To assist in CPA & ICQ preparation by monitoring site progress and verifying completed work.
• Participating in joint site measurement with contractors and the quantity surveyor to ensure accurate progress valuation.
• Supports by ensuring site is ready CCC.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction.
• Experience in site supervision, progress monitoring, billing support, and quality control.
• Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good time management with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork mindset.
