Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to provide timely and outstanding customer service. Become a trusted advisor to our clients, conducting thorough requirement analyses, gathering critical information, and collaborating with the development team to create effective solutions. Drive innovation by working closely with users to resolve challenges and streamline business processes for IR 4.0 Smart Manufacturing. Empower our users by providing comprehensive training on AI, Big Data Analytics & Visualization platform deployment, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for our Smart Manufacturing Software. Utilize your technical skills in SQL Database Management & Web Development to maintain accurate and concise service and support documentation.

Key qualifications

A background in Science and Technology, Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Computer Science/Studies, or equivalent. Experience in customer service and support for software applications is a plus. Diploma holders with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. A strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Flexibility and a willingness to travel, with the ability to work extended or irregular hours when needed.
