Job Description

• Receiving and recording of POSM/IPP/Premiums
• Tracking and distributing of allocated POSM/IPP for Marketing Calendar and Festive Period
• Conducting Special Events, Sponsorships/Sampling activities;

1. Especially specific task in event from carrying stocks
2. Preparing and delivering A-Boards, Ice cube, Ice chest to the event location
3. Setting up booths/water station
4. Ensure good brand exposure with A-boards/Banner placement during event such as 42km marathons, 160km cycling competition, Jom Heboh, Bazar Ramadhan.
5. Post event responsibilities ie. Returning and cleaning up A-boards, sampling booths, ice chest, proper stock management, cleanliness of banner/beach flags.

• Compilation of Activation Photos
• Monthly stock take on premiums, POSM and event stocks.
• Supervise the merchandisers to ensure quality and efficient execution being done
• Handling the Temporary Merchandisers and Promoters
• Tasked to ensure company vehicle/van are being well maintained.
• To create and maintain regional social media platform for local update and activities.

Requirement

• SPM or Diploma
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and communication skills
• Able to speak in English & Malay
• Willing to learn, work at odd hours and during weekends and have GDL License.
