Specialist, Corporate Security

Protecting our people and our work is not something we just do digitally. Our Corporate Security team at Dell Technologies guards our people and property, protecting against manufactured and natural damage while ensuring the safety of our premises by validating the identification of team members and visitors.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Specialist, you will perform front-line security operations including access control, patrols, and incident reporting. You’ll validate identification of team members and visitors to ensure a safe workplace. Your vigilance and professionalism will protect people and property.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Control access at entry points; verify IDs and manage visitor processing.
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV/SOC alerts; respond to incidents.
• Document events, collect statements, and preserve evidence when needed.
• Support emergency procedures (evacuation, medical response) and de-escalation.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of access control and visitor management systems; strong situational awareness.
• Clear communication and customer service; professionalism under pressure.
• Basic incident reporting and documentation discipline.
• Willingness to work shifts/holidays as required; reliability and punctuality.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related).
• First aid/CPR, ICS/NIMS, or equivalent safety training.
