Specialist, Network Digitalization and Data Analytics

Job Summary

Support the operation and maintenance of data analytics platforms that use crowdsourced and internal data. This role covers system and hardware support, data visualisation, change requests, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Support the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of data analytics platforms.
• Manage and process crowdsourced and internal data using relevant analytics tools and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualisations to support reporting and insights.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for technical support and resolution.
• Coordinate change request processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and manage procurement-related documents and workflows.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems support, project coordination, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, Pandas, NumPy, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or Redash.
• Experience in hardware diagnostics, vendor coordination, procurement processes, and documentation workflows.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders; familiarity with network probe and DPI systems or AWS Cloud is an added advantage.
