Job Description

• Assist in building and maintaining volume forecasting models (Excel-based) to support short- and long-term planning.
• Analyze historical and projected data to identify capacity gaps, risks, and potential operational bottlenecks.
• Help develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor forecast vs. actual performance.
• Support end-to-end planning initiatives by coordinating inputs and tracking action items (PMO-style).
• Prepare structured analysis, reports, and decks for the Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into actionable outputs.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain findings and assumptions to team members.
• Prior exposure to operations planning, capacity planning, forecasting, or PMO-type work is a plus.
