[SPX] - SOC Supervisor (Penang)

Job Description

• Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations, including physical processes, mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound activities
• Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring of key performance metrics
• Manage multiple stakeholders by coordinating with the manpower provider, and internal operations teams
• Ensure operations meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through general management, while demonstrating problem-solving and employee coaching/training skills where necessary
• Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and enhance team efficiency

Requirements

• Working Location: Ground Floor Warehouse And Mezzanine Office 1, PMT 1629, Jalan Besar Sungai Bakap, Sungai Bakap, 14200 Sungai Jawi, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
• SPM or Diploma in the related fields.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to promote collaboration and teamwork across departments and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
