Summary

Job Short Description: Set up Statistical Process Control system and monitoring for module testers. Implement and maintain SPC systems to track process performance. Generate DV and Master modules for SPC DV Activities. Maintain ATC Software that process data for SPC System. Manage the SPC System Webpage. Debug and analyze the testing failure of DV and Master modules. Develop or maintain SPC software/tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, Excel). Work closely with engineering teams to implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure data integrity and proper database management. Maintain SPC procedures, control plans, and work instructions. Prepare documentation for audits. Support new product introduction (NPI) with statistical validation. Investigate process deviations, defects, or yield losses. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining SPC systems for module testers and monitoring process performance.
• Generate and maintain DV and Master modules for SPC activities.
• Maintain ATC software and SPC webpage, including data processing and monitoring.
• Analyze testing failures, process deviations, defects, and yield losses.
• Develop and maintain SPC tools using JMP, Minitab, Python, and Excel.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain SPC procedures, control plans, work instructions, and audit documentation.
• Support NPI activities, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper tester setup, maintenance, controls, and data integrity.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in SPC, manufacturing, test engineering, quality, or data analysis.
• Experience with JMP, Minitab, Python, or Excel is preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, statistical analysis, process control, and data management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
