STORE MANAGER

Job Descriptions

To ensure rules & regulation of Hostel.

• Prepare work plan to ensure smooth store operation.
• Stimulate sales to achieve company budget and gross profit.
• To enhance the image and hygiene of the outlet.
• Maintain good relationship with crew.
• Ensure product quality, understand new product and information to retail crews.
• Monitor cash handling/sufficient stock supplies.
• Follow and practice outlet procedure a coaching to CMS.

Job Requirements

• Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities
• Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
• Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Academy Requirements

• Minimum STPM & above in related field.
