The Sunway Agility Challenge (SAC) 2026 is Sunway Group's flagship talent programme, reimagined to move beyond presentations and ideas. For 14 immersive days, you'll be embedded within real Sunway operations, tackling live business challenges, solving real problems, and delivering outcomes that matter.

What You'll Do

Through three hands-on challenges, you'll:

1. Execute real operational tasks within a live Sunway business
2. Solve analytical and strategic business problems using actual data
3. Design and prototype a digital solution to a challenge identified on the ground

Your work will be assessed not only on your recommendations, but on what you actually deliver.

Requirements

Eligibility

To apply, you must:

1. Be a Malaysian undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time degree programme at a recognised local or international university
2. Be available for the full programme period from 10–23 August 2026
3. Have no internships, examinations, or other major commitments during the programme
4. Meet a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent), or demonstrate strong academic standing

We welcome students from all fields of study. No prior work experience is required.

Selection Process

The selection journey consists of four stages:

1. Online Application & CV Screening
2. Video Interview – Three questions designed to assess your motivation, agility, and problem-solving approach
3. Psychometric Assessments – Critical Thinking (HBRI) and Personality Profiling (DISC)
4. Final Selection & Offer

Only 50 candidates will be selected to join SAC 2026.

Good to Know

1. Accommodation and meals throughout the programme will be provided
2. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Malaysia
3. Full participation is required across all 14 days; partial attendance is not permitted
