SUPERVISOR - CAR PARK

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures that the car park service machines are functioning smoothly and attends to customer enquiries.

MAIN

ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Inspects car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for repair.

· Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.

· Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty.

· Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.

· Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.

· Adheres to the company's safety protocols and guidelines at all times, and understands and strictly complies with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook.

· Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway in relation to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.

· Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.

· Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.

· Ensures that consent is obtained from data subjects whenever personal data is collected, and that the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.

· Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.

· Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.

· Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.

· Provides full cooperation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

AUTHORITIES

· Escalates LPR site issues to the Superior for FOC Parking decisions.

· Authorized to perform clearance at the Auto Pay Station.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

· Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

· Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.

· Capacity to work in shifts.

· Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
