Supervisor, Distribution (Warehouse | Logistics)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure daily warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company SOPs.
• Support the achievement of operational KPIs and service level targets.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement within the operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment (5S).
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Able to work in shifts and perform effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
