Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• 01) To assist engineer in work schedule of Housekeeping staffs and workers.
• 02) Coordinate closely with engineers and all related departments.
• 03) Order materials and maintain optimum inventory for the equipments.
• 04) Trouble-shoot and report on facilities and building repairing works.
• 05) Monitor the progress of repairing schedule and milestone.
• 06) Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• 07) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior
• 08) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements

• 01) Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
• 02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• 03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
• 04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
• 05) Possess sound knowledge in Building plan and building facilities.
• 06) Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
