Job Description

Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
Ensure receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging, and loading are completed according to schedule.
Monitor workflow and allocate manpower based on operational priorities.
Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time.
Lead and supervise warehouse associates and contract workers.
Assign daily tasks and monitor individual performance.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and shift briefings.
Coach, train, and develop team members on SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure chilled products are handled within the required temperature range.
Monitor hourly productivity and labour utilisation.
Ensure picking accuracy and loading efficiency meet operational targets.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse performance.
Coordinate with transport teams to ensure vehicles are loaded according to schedule.
Verify shipment documentation before dispatch.
Ensure proof of loading and dispatch records are complete and accurate.
Support delivery issue resolution when required.
Prepare daily operational reports and shift handover updates.
Monitor KPIs and report operational issues to the DC Manager.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

STPM/Diploma or Post Graduate, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a chilled or cold chain environment.
Experience leading warehouse teams and managing shift operations.
Working knowledge of WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
