Sustainability Officer (Based in Palm Oil Mill, Sabah)

2 vacancies are available:

• One vacancy to be based in Palm Oil Mill, Sugut, Sabah.
• Another one vacancy to be based in Palm Oil Mill, Lahad Datu, Sabah.
• Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• To handle sustainability and occupational safety and health (OSH) related matters including documentation and implementation of sustainability and OSH requirements at Palm Oil Mills (POMs).
• To assist in internal and external assessment of various sustainability and OSH standard.
• To address mill sustainability and OSH issues to superior.
• To provide technical or administrative support for sustainability programs or issues.
• Any other task as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Environmental Engineering/ Engineering/ OSH or related discipline from recognised university/college with minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Prior experience and knowledge in Palm Oil Industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid B2 and D driving license.
• Willing to work and live in a plantation environment.
• Willing to be transferred.
