Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Associate / Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering advisory and tax solutions to a broad range of clients. You’ll identify opportunities, analyse documentation, and craft claims that create significant value. You’ll also collaborate with specialists across the firm, expand your technical knowledge, and help shape new services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess client eligibility for R&D and other incentives; gather and analyse supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review claims, calculations, filings, and deliverables, including tax forms, memos, and executive summaries.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and propose process improvements and new service offerings.
• Build relationships across client teams and Deloitte practices, guide juniors, and coordinate day-to-day workstreams.
• Present findings to stakeholders and support clients with audit responses as needed.

What We’re Looking For / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Singapore economic agencies or incentive/grant applications is a strong plus.
• Background in Big Four, public accounting, or law firm environment preferred.
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
