As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Optimise recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes.
• Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including common recruitment channels and sourcing approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus.
