We are looking for Team Leader (The Line) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Lead, motivate and guide the service team to ensure smooth, efficient and exceptional buffet operations.
  • Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure buffet stations, dining areas and service equipment are maintained in a clean, organised and presentable condition at all times.
  • Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure timely replenishment of food items and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train, coach and support new and existing colleagues on hotel service standards, product knowledge and operational procedures.
  • Assist in manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, daily briefings and shift planning to support operational requirements.
  • Monitor guest flow during peak periods, manage queues effectively and proactively resolve operational or service challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Food & Beverage service experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Prior leadership experience in a buffet or all-day dining restaurant will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
