Responsibilities

• Job Purpose
• To support engineers and executives in warranty verification, refurbishment activities, and customer quality operations. This role ensures efficient management of warranty processes, parts handling, and quality control to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support Warranty Verification Centre (WVC) activities, including OFP (Old Failed Parts) collection and verification from service centres.
• Plan and generate weekly collection schedules and coordinate logistics for parts collection.
• Manage OFP preparation, storage, and disposal in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor storage racks, vendor collection status, and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
• Perform final quality checks (QC) and support refurbishment E-AT activities (packing, installation, testing).
• Conduct endurance testing and manage simulation vehicles where required.
• Assist in cost sharing activities, including preparation of data and documentation.
• Process and verify warranty claims, including investigation of vendor rejections.
• Prepare invoices for vendors and process payment-related documentation.
• Monitor and update budget, consumables usage, and inventory records.
• Perform data analysis and reporting activities (e.g., WPRR reports, system updates).
• Ensure proper documentation, record management, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities for process enhancement.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service centres to resolve issues.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Job Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Possess valid driving license (Class D / GDL preferred)
• Willing to travel/outstation when required
• Preferred age range: 23 – 30 years
