Client is a leading energy utilities provider in Asia, recognised for powering communities, advancing sustainability, and delivering reliable infrastructure solutions. Currently seeking a Technician / Technical Officer (Defects) with a 1-Year Contract.

Location: Office in Tengah

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Salary: up to $2,790 – $3,500 (depending on experience) + mobile allowance + bonus

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Technician / Technical Officer (Defects). You will play a critical role in effectively managing residents and handling complaints.

• Enhanced quality control (QC) and inspection activities at Tengah
• Management and supervision of CCS rectification works for out-of-warranty Dwelling Units (DUs), including technical assessments and implementation of rectification works (e.g., PU works, localised rectifications, etc.)
• Supervision of Fan Coil Unit (FCU) servicing works, with rapid response to Tengah customers experiencing CCS issues.
• Supervision of the dismantling of FCUs for Sale of Balance Units (SBF/SBDU)

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimally a Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical from a recognised

Polytechnics in Singapore

• Open to work at night and Saturday subject to work exigencies and peak periods (paid OT)
