Perform shift duties at Facilities Management Control Centre (FMCC)
Monitor tunnel/substation systems via a centralised work location
Operate and control assigned tunnel/substation systems, including inspection camera and ventilation fan
Oversee the safety and access of personnel into the tunnels
Act as point of contact with SP Management and Authorities during tunnel incidents and crisis
Review tunnel/substation system data and analyse into useful information for Engineering
Activate standby personnel in event of tunnel critical alarms
Ensure proper housekeeping of the control centre
Provide timely updates in chatgroups and reporting to Engineering
Keep proper records on events and activities on Tunnel
