Technical Officer (Infrastructure Coordination and Management)

What You'll Do:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to consolidate existing, upcoming, abandoned, and long-term (15-year) utility development plans to Lead Agency (LA)
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor consultancy services and site investigation works
- Support the implementation of Major Infrastructure Workflow requirements, including project reporting, progress tracking, status updates, contract administration, and monitoring of consultancy and site works
- Coordinate with consultants and developing agencies to facilitate and implement site optimisation initiatives
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the job scope
What You'll Need:
- Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the power or utilities industry
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
