Technical Officer (Onshore Receiving Facilities at Jurong Island) (Shifts Works)

What You'll Do

Perform operation, monitoring, inspection, servicing and maintenance works covering all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control equipment
Ensure proper functioning of the distributed control, pressure regulating, compressor and chilling systems
Supervise contractors' works
Enforce safe work practices
Prepare works orders and completion certificates for works carried out by contractors
Monitor and initiate action for the replenishment of essential spares, routine servicing and maintenance
Ensure proper records and filing of O&M works and metering data
Ensure that the tools and equipment are properly maintained to achieve operation readiness
Assist in the preparation of specifications for calling of tender/quotation
Perform standby duties after working hours

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant disciplines from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
Good grasp of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
Having own transport would be advantageous due to the work location at Jurong Island
Able to work 3-shift on rotation for 24/7 operation including public holidays
