About the role
Sales Technician position involved in the technical support, marketing and distribution of Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings for Water Supply and Sewer pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site inspection in the presence of customer and the representatives of water company or authority on on-going projects when required
- Attend to customer in case of any product complaint
- Assist Sales Team by maintaining good rapport with the relevant Consultants/Authorities/Customers at all times
- Assist Sales Team in area of customer service and collections if necessary
About you
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holders from Technical or Vocational Institutions
- Minimum 3 years working experience in sales preferably in Pipes, Valves and Fittings for Water Supply and Sewer pipelines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
