Job Description

Responsibilities

• Key contact point to any complaint that relates to Aircond/Mechanical services by end user or client
• Conduct routine Inspection and planned preventive maintenance for Aircond/Mechanical Services as scheduled
• Assist Building Leader for day-to-day operation matters
• Assist any other trade as and when required
• Provide assistance to others maintenance team when needed
• Supervise services contractor as and when required
• Assist Building leader on interaction and cooperates with vendor and client for operations matter

Requirements

• Minimum High School Certificate with specialization in aircond/mechanical engineering
• Minimum 1 year working experience
