Technician, Civil & Plumbing (Seri Manjung, Perak)

Accountable to support the team in ensuring civil and plumbing system are in order and functional at all the times for the assigned portfolio.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed to the required standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, building services, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitary installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing faults efficiently.
