Job Description

Job Purpose

Conduct breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project to overall NGC premises.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out breakdown, preventive, and improvement maintenance across all NGC premises (Production lines, QA, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices).
2. Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting, and wiring tasks.
3. Execute LOTO procedures for all isolation work.
4. Troubleshoot machines and perform necessary repairs or modifications.
5. Conduct annual maintenance execution work and complete within the planned timeline.
6. Monitor and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
7. Prepare, maintain, and update all maintenance documentation and records in compliance with ISO standards.
8. Liaise with other departments or plants for activities involving multiple teams.
9. Rectify complaints from internal and external customers related to equipment issues.
10. Promote teamwork and uphold safety practices in all maintenance activities.

Qualification and Experience

1. SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or any equivalent.
2. PW2, AO Certificates will be an advantage.
3. Preferable to have 1 to 2 years’ experience in electrical/mechanical related industry.
4. However, fresh graduate with good attitude and initiative shall be considered.
