Vehicle Facilities Maintenance

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines are in good working condition.
Carry out troubleshooting and repair work for mechanical and electrical issues.
Prepare and maintain daily maintenance reports and records.
Update and track spare parts replacement and maintenance history.
Support supervisors in monitoring contractors and vendors performing maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety practices and participate in safety activities (e.g., KY, 5S).
Assist in achieving departmental KPIs and improvement targets.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic / Electrical or related field)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is an added advantage)
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prepare reports and manage records
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of production systems (e.g., TPS) is an advantage
Good teamwork and communication skills
