Job Description

Job Purpose

Execute assigned data collection, process monitoring, and documentation tasks according to defined procedures to maintain product quality and process compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and record production data and process readings according to defined formats to maintain accurate documentation.
2. Record production output and quality parameters accurately to ensure traceability.
3. Identify and report operational issues observed during daily activities to enable review by Engineer or Senior Technician.
4. Carry out assigned improvement actions based on given instructions to support productivity and quality targets.
5. Execute testing and trial activities according to approved procedures to obtain required evaluation data.
6. Perform defined problem-solving steps using provided guidelines to address quality or process deviations.
7. Apply basic statistical tools as instructed to generate process monitoring data.
8. Document manufacturing processes and updates according to standard format to maintain controlled records.
9. Conduct routine audits and checklist verifications as scheduled to confirm compliance with defined standards.
10. Communicate process-related information to engineers and operators to ensure operational alignment.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum SPM or relevant.
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in gloves or related industry.
3. Exposure to Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) or similar initiatives is an advantage.
